Newman Leech co-founded Geneva Management Group in 2000, and GMG (Suisse) SA in 2001. He was also a founding shareholder of GMG Investments in 2005, which focused on real estate investments in Switzerland. He set up GMG Real Estate (now RE Capital) in 2015. He is the chief executive officer of RE Capital and a member of the RE Capital investment committee. He has been instrumental in the growth of the real estate business and increased the assets under management by more than €500m between 2016 and 2019. Newman spends most of his time visiting the teams and projects in Lisbon and London.
Federico is a Senior Partner and a Co-Founder at RE / Tethys Capital. In this role he is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, and managing real estate transactions, with a focus on Switzerland and Italy. Federico started his career in a Family Office before joining SPGI as a Senior Broker, and RealAdvisor, where he served as Head of Real Estate Investments. He has dedicated the last 13+ years of his career to real estate investment. With his in-depth expertise in market analysis, he has played a pivotal role in the success of several major real estate projects in Switzerland.
Jeremie is a Senior Partner and a Co-Founder at RE / Tethys Capital. His role entails identifying promising transactions, building a vision for the underlying projects, and securing funding through his extensive network of institutional and private clients. Prior to joining RE / Tethys Capital, Jeremie founded Tethys Capital, a Swiss-based real estate investment boutique, focusing on transactions in Switzerland, Italy, and France. Before that, Jeremie co-founded a start-up company in the media/tech industry, spending four years at Compagnie Benjamin de Rothschild leading substantial fundraising efforts for quantitative asset management products, infrastructure projects, and green energy initiatives.
