Newman Leech co-founded Geneva Management Group in 2000, and GMG (Suisse) SA in 2001. He was also a founding shareholder of GMG Investments in 2005, which focused on real estate investments in Switzerland. He set up GMG Real Estate (now RE Capital) in 2015. He is the chief executive officer of RE Capital and a member of the RE Capital investment committee. He has been instrumental in the growth of the real estate business and increased the assets under management by more than €500m between 2016 and 2019. Newman spends most of his time visiting the teams and projects in Lisbon and London.
