MARVILA

Acquisition of an under-utilised development site of significant scale in one of Lisbon’s most affluent districts with hillside views across the city. Planning consent was secured to construct a mixed-use residential, retail and leisure
scheme providing 150 units, designed by one of Europe’s leading architects.

Construction works have started, and 70% of the units are pre-sold. The
scheme will comprise luxury apartments, state-of-the-art wellness facilities,
restaurants, retail and leisure accommodation and is due for completion in
Q4 2021.

A year later, LX Living enters its final selling stage in 2022’s Third
Quarter (Q3), with less than 10% remaining.
