With over 17 years’ experience within the
alternative investment fund industry, David
is the co-founder of another third-party
independent AIFM management company.
He is also the co-founder of a corporate
services organisation specialising in real
estate, private equity, venture capital vehicles,
and securitisation. His earlier professional
responsibilities include Conducting Officer of a
boutique, value-oriented wealth-management
company in Luxembourg; Fund of Funds
Manager for the private banking division of ING
Luxembourg; and General Secretary Manager of
a Luxembourg private equity fund focused on
the sports industry in Europe and China.
David holds a Master’s degree in business
administration from HEC-Liège, a postdoctorate
degree from University de Liège, and
an MBA from Insead.

Michel has 10 years’ experience within the asset
management industry. He began his career at EY
Luxembourg as an external auditor, specialising
in the audit of investment funds (UCITS,
private equity, fund of funds), and their related
management companies.
In 2015, Michel joined a Luxembourg independent
third-party alternative investment fund manager
providing management services to real estate
and private equity funds, where his position was
Deputy to the Conducting Officer, responsible for
risk management, valuation and compliance.
Michel is currently the Conducting Officer in
charge of risk management, valuation and
compliance for IRE AIFM Hub, an authorised,
third-party alternative investment fund manager
for real estate, private equity, venture capital, and
fund of funds investment strategies.
Michel is also currently acting as an independent
director for Luxembourgish regulated and
unregulated investment funds. He holds a
Master’s degree in Management Engineering with
a finance focus from the Catholic University of
Louvain in Belgium.
